Next Day delivery is not available to the following areas:

UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and BFPO. Please see below for list of postcodes where we are unable to deliver next day. Order cut off times
Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders after this time will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 3.30pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday. 

Special Delivery Next Day Service - while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place your order after 3pm, there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Why do I need to sign for my package?
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you over a link with your tracking number. All deliveries require a signature and unfortunately all our couriers are unable to leave parcels without a signature. If you are out a calling card will be left and you can rearrange delivery with the specific courier. We are happy for you to have a neighbour take in your parcel and request you add this to the special instructions box when placing your order stating the house or flat number and name of your neighbour. 
Alternatively your parcel can be delivered to your place of work if this is easier for you, ensuring you never miss a delivery.

I need to change my delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address after an order has been placed, please inform us immediately by email - or by telephone +44 (0) 739 921 0280 stating your order number. Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make any amendments. 

If you wish to add a new delivery address before placing an order you may do this through your account or at the checkout stages. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can assist with this.
Taxes and Duties - International customers
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU) customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly once your parcel reaches customs. Please check with the relevant authority if a customs charge will be applicable.

*Delivery estimations are calculated as business days. Delays are possible if packages are held in customs.

**Countries outside of the EU may be charged customs and import duties as applicable by each individual country customs rules. Australia for example is exempt for orders up to $1000 whereas India charges are applicable for all orders regardless of value. These charges are to be paid by you and you can get further information from your local customs office.


International FAQ
Failed or Declined International Orders
If you are experiencing problems with placing an order please contact us immediately at – we will be able to assist in advising what the issue may be. Always ensure you are using the correct billing address- this should be the address where the card you are using is registered. If this is incorrect our secure payment system will decline your payment as failed. Pre Orders
Pre-Orders- If you have ordered a pre order item please note this will be dispatched as soon as the item/s have arrived into our warehouse. We will keep you updated of the status. Please allow up to 3 weeks for a pre order to reach dispatched status. 

Out of stock Issues 
If your order is made up of multiple items or an item is out of stock or delayed at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the issue via telephone or email and offer an alternative or we will refund the unavailable item/s. If an item is missing from a multiple order we will dispatch your order with the items in stock so you are not delayed in receiving the rest of your order. We will dispatch any remaining item/s at no extra charge. We will always aim to remedy such an issue and keep you updated. 

Cancellations or Amendments to Your Order
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please inform us immediately with your customer order number and which items you wish to amend email . If you wish to cancel after your order has been dispatched you will be charged for delivery costs and a refund will not be issued until the item/s have been retuned to us in their original packaging and condition. You are liable for the cost of sending the item/s back to us.
